Small business loans on the following terms:

• Borrower: ii Films Ministries, Inc and personally guaranteed by Scott and Dine Peterson.

• Business loans in amounts of $5,000 or more bearing an annual interest rate of 6%

• Repayments begin after the completion of post-production, beginning with funds from the foreign and streaming rights to the film. There is a possibility of earlier payments in the event the project is coming in on or under budget or money is raised for this project from donations.

• The first dollars in for this film go to pay back the lenders.

• Loan terms are on a most-favored-nations basis. That is if ii Films Ministries improves the terms for any loaning party, it will give those same improved terms to all loaning parties.
